Job summary

Phoenix Contact Group is seeking an Operations Specialist I – WMS and Controls in Pennsylvania to support WMS, controls, and automated material handling within the Distribution Center. You will act as a technical resource, coordinate system usage, and assist with testing, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role collaborates with Logistics, IT, maintenance, and vendors to maintain system reliability, document processes, and support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, or related environment.
• Experience with WMS, controls systems, or automated material handling technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource for WMS, controls systems, and automated material handling technologies.
• Support day-to-day WMS and controls operations for first-shift DC activities and assist with issue resolution across shifts.
• Ensure processes comply with procedures, standards, and business requirements.
