Job summary

Phoenix Contact is seeking an Operations Specialist I - WMS and Controls to support Warehouse Management Systems and automated material handling in the Distribution Center. You will coordinate system utilization, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and assist with testing and documentation to ensure smooth operation and accuracy.

Working with Logistics, IT, maintenance, and vendors, you will participate in system improvements, training, data analysis, and process enhancements to sustain

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, inventory, or related environment.
Experience with WMS/controls systems or related business systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as a technical resource for WMS, controls systems, and automated handling technologies.
Support day-to-day operation of WMS and controls systems for distribution center operations.
Assist with documenting processes, training, and user support materials.
Identify system and operational issues and communicate improvement recommendations.
