Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager to spearhead the Change Management strategy and training program for the next generation Warehouse Management System (WMS). This initiative will modernize distribution center operations across the CVS Health network and underpin our supply chain strategy.

You will partner with senior leaders, distribution center leadership, the WMS project team and L&D to drive adoption, readiness and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Change Management leadership
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment
• Experience building alignment among diverse stakeholder groups at all levels

Responsibilities

• Lead the Change Management strategy for the WMS implementation and adoption.
• Develop and execute the training strategy in partnership with Learning & Development.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, distribution center leadership, and project teams to ensure readiness and sustained adoption.
