Job summary

Niagara Bottling in New York is seeking an experienced Systems & Warehouse Manager to oversee WMS, analytics, and related IT systems while driving continuous improvement across the warehouse. The role directs staff, coordinates site-wide system implementations, and ensures safety and efficiency in daily operations.

You will manage inventory, labor scheduling, training of forklift operators, and collaborate with production, sales, and purchasing to align warehouse activities with business goals.

Qualifications

• 6 years experience managing a Warehouse Management System.
• 6 years experience in warehouse or logistics field.
• 4 years experience managing IT systems.
• Experience may include a combination of work experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Oversees, manages and drives continuous improvement for WMS functionality and related analytics.
• Directs warehouse operations including training, shipping, receiving, inventory and safety.
• Coordinates technical support for site or network operations and systems.
• Acts as site lead for systems implementations and modifications.
• Builds and maintains a safe work culture and ensures clean, orderly warehouse.
• Manages month end inventory and cycle counts; reconciles physical inventories.
