Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Analyst for the 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 10:00pm-6:00am). The role serves as the liaison between Operations and IT to maintain, configure and support WMS functions, ensuring clear communication of changes and improvements.

You’ll translate requirements into functional specs and drive testing for new implementations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 1 year in logistics system implementation,

Qualifications

1 year of experience in logistics system implementation.
Distribution/warehousing experience.
Experience with WMS, order management applications and database systems.
Knowledge of automated software systems and implementation.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, define and research existing WMS, configure, test and support business functions.
Make recommendations to management on process improvements using system apps.
Communicate changes and solutions to management so issues are understood.
Define project scope and resolve system issues.
Translate user requirements into functional specs with diagrams.
Handle configuration changes in the WMS.
Coordinate test case implementation as part of the process.
Provide training to end users on modified and new processes.
