Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Locust Grove, GA is seeking an Implementation Analyst to bridge Operations and IT, translating business needs into actionable software requirements and training.

You’ll coordinate requirements, develop training, and work with IT on tests and deployments, while maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams. A background in logistics systems and WMS is ideal, with SAP and Excel experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work or military experience.
• 1 year of experience in logistics system implementation.
• Distribution/warehousing experience.
• Knowledge of automated software systems and implementation.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), order management applications and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Define business requirements for software and coordinate training to meet objectives.
• Document and communicate requirements to the IT team.
• Conduct training for software maintenance, startups and upgrades.
• Create training materials and user resources.
• Work with IT to design tests and troubleshoot solutions.
• Proactively communicate with customers, employees and management.
