Assigned relationships may include revocable and irrevocable trusts, charitable trusts, special needs trusts, estates, agencies, custodial accounts, IRAs, and other fiduciary or investment accounts. This is a client-facing role requiring strong fiduciary judgment, relationship management skills, and the ability to navigate complex administrative, legal, tax, operational, and client service matters. The Senior Trust Officer serves as the primary point of contact for clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, advisors, and internal partners, ensuring relationships are administered accurately, consistently, and in alignment with fiduciary obligations and client objectives. The Senior Trust Officer is responsible for interpreting governing documents, evaluating discretionary requests, identifying and resolving fiduciary risks, coordinating specialized resources, and driving solutions for complex administrative issues. The role also requires maintaining accurate documentation, timely system updates, data integrity, and adherence to established controls and procedures. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, bank policies, procedures, and fiduciary standards while maintaining complete and accurate documentation.
