Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Trust Officer to administer, service and manage risk for fiduciary accounts in a client-facing role within Wealth Management.

You will engage with clients, beneficiaries, and internal partners to understand needs, resolve issues, and ensure accurate fiduciary oversight. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of trust administration experience, with advanced degrees and professional designations encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Five or more years of experience in Trust administration.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• CTFA/CFP or other professional designations encouraged.
• Knowledge of planning and fiduciary principles, including estate/tax aspects across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Administer, service, and manage risk for assigned fiduciary accounts with accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Interact with clients, beneficiaries and internal partners to understand needs, resolve issues, and support service delivery.
• Assist with fiduciary oversight, including reporting, account openings, and coordination with third-party providers.
