U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Trust Officer to manage fiduciary relationships and administer trust and investment accounts within the Wealth Trust Services group.

You will serve as the primary client contact, interpreting governing documents and coordinating with attorneys, tax professionals, and Portfolio Managers to deliver compliant fiduciary solutions. The role emphasizes strong judgment, risk awareness, and a client-focused approach across complex administrative matters and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Eight or more years of experience in trust administration, fiduciary services, wealth management, estate administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of fiduciary administration, governing-document interpretation, trust products and services, fiduciary risk, and regulatory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer fiduciary and investment relationships in line with governing documents and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, and advisors.
• Evaluate and resolve complex trust administration issues and discretionary matters.
• Identify, assess, and manage fiduciary and regulatory risks; ensure complete documentation.
