Job summary

Ryther is seeking a WISe Therapist to deliver wraparound care in home and community settings for Medicaid-eligible children and families. The role partners with a Wraparound Facilitator and Parent/Youth to set goals, assess needs, and link to community resources.

The therapist will conduct outreach in homes, schools, and community locations, collaborating within a team to support complex behavioral and mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or related field.
• Current Washington State DOH counselor registration or license and Mental Health Professional certification.
• Two years' experience providing treatment to children or adolescents with serious emotional or behavioral issues.
• Experience working with youth and families with complex needs or accessing crisis services.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive therapeutic support services to children, youth, and families.
• Work in a team framework with a Wraparound Facilitator and Parent/Youth Partner to identify goals and coordinate resources.
• Conduct outreach to clients and families in homes, schools, and communities.

Education

Master's degree in social work/counseling/LMFT or related field

Two years' experience with children/adolescents with serious emotional/behavioral issues

Experience with family-level intervention in publicly funded systems

Experience working with youth and families with complex needs or crisis services
