Job summary

Compass Health is seeking a Youth Support Partner in Monroe to join the Children’s Intensive Services (WISe) team. The role centers on empowering youth and families in homes, schools, and community spaces, using a Wraparound model that emphasizes family voice and strengths-based care.

Youth support partners work with a multidisciplinary team, drawing on lived experience with behavioral health challenges to guide engagement, advocacy, and life-skills development while offering flexible hours

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (AA/BA preferred)
• Age 21+
• Experience accessing mental health services as a youth
• Certified Peer Support Specialist training completed before start
• CPSS/CPSS-T credential in active status
• Valid WA Driver’s License, insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication skills and computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with youth as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Use your personal lived experience with behavioral health challenges to support and inspire.
• Help youth advocate for their needs, stay engaged in treatment, and build life skills.
• Participate in team planning, family meetings, and community-based care.
• Maintain flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
