As a WISe Therapist, you will provide intensive, community‑based therapeutic services to children, youth, and families facing serious mental health challenges. Using the Wraparound process, you’ll work to enhance safety, stabilize placements, and empower clients by fostering strong natural and formal support networks. Your role is essential in promoting resilience and well‑being, while helping reduce the necessity for more restrictive and costly interventions.
This position offers a flexible schedule with opportunities to provide services in home and community settings, supported by a low caseload that allows for focused, individualized care. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and work alongside child‑serving agencies to ensure seamless, coordinated support. Regular weekly supervision and a supportive supervisory team will guide your professional growth and success.
