Job summary

Catholic Charities Eastern Washington is seeking a WISe Peer to support children and families within the Wraparound Intensive Services program in Spokane. You will implement developmentally appropriate behavior interventions, help problem solve, and provide family-centered support.

The role requires flexibility to cover some evenings and weekends, strong documentation, and the ability to work under pressure with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive Catholic-charity environment.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Certified Peer Support Specialist/Trainee credential.
• Must have an unrestricted driver’s license and ability to use personal vehicle for work.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work flexible hours (evenings, nights, weekends).
• Excellent documentation and communication skills; ability to work independently or as a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist WISe team in developing treatment objectives and interventions for clients enrolled in WISe services.
• Provide outreach, engagement and support for enrolled youth and families.
• Assess family needs for community resources to ensure safety and child-centered support.
• Maintain caseload and complete documentation per ethics and HIPAA standards.
• Coordinate events and participate in mandatory trainings.
