Job summary

Akin seeks a WISe Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical oversight, supervise therapists, and lead the Vancouver WISe team. You will ensure fidelity to the WISe model, support professional development, and drive program quality in alignment with Akin's mission and state contract obligations.

The role requires licensure in WA, supervision expertise, and the ability to manage performance, partnerships, and after-hours crises. Collaboration with the WISe Director is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in the behavioral sciences and WA licensure in a mental health field.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of start date.
• Experience with WISe or wraparound program models is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular individual and group clinical supervision to WISe therapists aligning with licensure requirements.
• Oversee clinical programming quality and ensure WISe fidelity through case consultation and audits.
• Track metrics, support enrollment targets, and drive continuous program improvement.
• Serve on the leadership team and coordinate crisis management and after-hours support.
