Job summary

Akin is seeking a WISe Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical oversight and direct supervision for the Vancouver WISe team. This role ensures fidelity to the WISe model and alignment with Akin’s mission while guiding clinical quality and staff development.

The position reports to the WISe Program Director and may deliver direct clinical care during crises or intake. It requires mastery of supervision, collaboration, and safeguarding PHI/CII information.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in the behavioral sciences or RN licensed in WA with 3+ years in mental health
• Licensure as LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT in WA
• DOH license in Social Worker, LMFT, or Mental Health Counselor
• CPR and First Aid Certification required within 30 days
• TB testing within 30 days; HIV/AIDS training within 30 days
• Valid WA driver’s license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Provide regular individual and group clinical supervision to all WISe therapists in alignment with licensure requirements and WISe model standards
• Support therapist development and licensure hours
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching
• Partner with the WISe Director on therapist hiring, onboarding, and team development
• Oversee clinical programming quality and fidelity to WISe model standards
• Track program metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Participate in after-hours crisis coverage and potential direct clinical care
