Job summary

Qualifications

• Clinical supervision and staff leadership experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for behavioral health services.
• Ability to coordinate care with multiple agencies and providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to WISe program staff, including hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure program services are delivered in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with community agencies, providers, and natural supports to build strong interagency relationships and service coordination.
• Oversee documentation, billing, and data management to meet quality and compliance expectations.
• Participate in rotation for after-hours crisis consultation and staff support, including weekends and holidays.
• May maintain a small clinical caseload to remain closely connected to service delivery.
