Job summary

Lutheran Community Services NW is seeking a WISe Clinical Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the WISe program, coordinating with the Clinical Director to enhance services and outcomes. The role emphasizes supervision of staff, adherence to clinical standards, and data-driven program management.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's in social work or related field, LICSW/LMHC/LMFT licensure, and at least one year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related health services field.
• One-year supervisory experience and two years in counseling or case management.
• Board licensure in counseling or social work (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) required.
• Cross-cultural knowledge and ability to work in a multi-cultural setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to work without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee WISe program day-to-day operations and activities.
• Coordinate with Clinical Director to enhance services and program outcomes.
• Manage staff training, supervision, and performance feedback.
• Develop and maintain administrative systems and program management tools.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and ethical guidelines across the team.
• Lead quality improvement efforts including data collection and reporting.
