Job summary

Compass Health in Mt. Vernon seeks a Program Manager to lead the WISe Teal team within the Children's Intensive Services program.

You will provide clinical and administrative leadership, ensure trauma-informed service delivery, supervise clinicians, care coordinators, and peer supports, and coordinate with county partners to align services. The role requires a master's degree in a behavioral science field, WA licensure (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT or equivalent), MHP status, and at least four years of

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral science-related field.
• Current Washington State license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Mental Health Professional (MHP) status per WAC.
• Minimum 4 years of direct clinical experience with youth.
• At least 2 years of supervisory/management experience (4 preferred).
• WISe experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, clinical oversight, and administrative direction to a multi-disciplinary WISe team.
• Ensure timely, high-quality, trauma-informed service delivery.
• Supervise and mentor clinicians, care coordinators, and peer supports.
• Collaborate with WISe program leaders across counties for strategic alignment.
• Oversee program compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements.
• Represent Compass Health in system coordination and stakeholder meetings.
• Support after-hours crisis operations as needed.
