Job summary

Behavioral Health Services in Yakima, WA, seeks a Clinical Supervisor II for the WISe program. The role supervises staff, coordinates clinical operations, and maintains limited direct patient care as needed.

Requires a Master's in Social Work (or related field) with 2+ years of supervisory or 4+ years direct service in behavioral health, WA state licensure, and BLS within 45 days. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Competitive benefits and relocation available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field is required.
• 2 years of direct service in behavioral health with supervisory experience OR 4 years direct service if no supervisory experience.
• Must meet Washington State requirements for Mental Health Professional designation.
• One of the WA licenses (LMHC, LICSW, LASW, LMFT) upon hire.
• BLS certification within 45 days of hire.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred with differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, coaches, mentors, and trains direct report staff with ongoing performance management.
• Supports staff growth, assesses training needs, and encourages job-related learning.
• Reviews clinical records, productivity, and counseling skills via various methods.
• Participates in recruitment, orientation, and policy adherence.
• Serves as liaison to community agencies and educational institutions.
• Coordinates contracts with providers alongside the Clinical/Program Director.
• Maintains knowledge of DSM, developmental issues, and community resources.
• Performs limited direct patient care when needed.
