Job summary

Akin is seeking a WISe Program Manager to provide regional leadership for Wraparound with Intensive Services. You will supervise staff, ensure fidelity to the WISe model, and translate policies into practice across the region.

You will lead quality initiatives, manage referrals, and collaborate with state and community partners to advance family-centered, trauma-informed care. This role blends supervision, program oversight, and strategic implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• Specialized WISe knowledge and experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years direct service experience with 1 year supervision.
• Experience working in diverse cultural settings and with families.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional WISe program operations and supervise staff across the region.
• Ensure high-fidelity, trauma-informed, culturally responsive wraparound care.
• Translate SOPs and program standards into day-to-day practice.
• Oversee regional quality improvement, outcomes, and documentation.
• Manage referrals and collaborate with MCOs and other partners.
• Represent Akin’s WISe program at regional meetings and with community stakeholders.
• Provide reflective supervision and staff development.
