Qualifications

• ;Active Wisconsin RN license is required.
• ;Minimum 3 years of clinical leadership in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing.
• ;Experience with multi-site or regional clinical leadership.
• ;Ability to travel within Wisconsin up to 70%.
• ;Strong communication, leadership, and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight across multiple Skilled Nursing Facility communities.
• Partner with LNHA, Directors of Nursing, and Care Teams to ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and support on-site clinical teams in infection control, clinical standards, and best practices.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing clinical policies and procedures.
• Conduct routine site visits, audits, and assessments to evaluate clinical performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate clinical training programs to strengthen competencies and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership to maintain alignment with organizational goals and initiatives.
• Participate in quality improvement efforts and contribute to strategies that enhance resident outcomes.
