Edenbrook Lakeside in Milwaukee seeks an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a busy, high-acuity facility. You will provide full operational leadership with authority over all departments, build a strong leadership team and ensure survey readiness and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Wisconsin NHA license, 3+ years as a skilled nursing facility administrator, and a track record of census growth and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin NHA license or reciprocity eligibility is required.
• 3+ years as a skilled nursing facility Administrator.
• Experience with high-acuity, regulatory-driven environments is preferred.
• Proven census growth, admissions and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide full operational leadership of the facility, overseeing all departments.
• Develop and empower department heads through clear ownership and accountability.
• Lead survey readiness, plan-of-correction development and QAPI programs.
• Launch and grow ventilator/respiratory and dialysis programs in partnership with clinical leadership.
• Drive admissions, referrals, payer mix and market reputation.
• Manage the facility budget, labor costs and overall financial performance.
• Foster a professional, collaborative culture with open communication.
• Identify and address operational, clinical and safety risks early.
