Job summary

Relief Mental Health is seeking a driven business development and sales professional to expand the Wisconsin market and grow patient referrals for our mental health treatment programs.

You will build partnerships with psychiatrists, clinics, and hospitals, identify new referral sources, and maintain CRM-driven activity to meet territory goals. Occasional travel and flexible hours are required as you drive growth nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and successful sales experience.
• 3+ years of proven sales/business development experience in the medical or healthcare industry.
• Experience in the mental health field strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and growing referral networks.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license/insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain strong partnerships with psychiatrists, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations
• Proactively identify and pursue new referral sources through networking, cold calling, drop-ins, and industry connections
• Track and maintain updates on all activities in company CRM
• Develop and execute growth-focused sales strategies to exceed territory goals
• Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and professional events, positioning programs as trusted solutions
• Consistently achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets
• Demonstrate expert product knowledge and communicate the clinical and patient benefits of TMS and Spravato programs effectively
• Maintain a robust pipeline, leveraging CRM tools for accurate reporting, documentation, and follow-up
• Travel required throughout assigned territory, and beyond when necessary
• Other duties as assigned
