Vertiv Co is seeking a Team Coordinator to support the supervisor in maintaining continuous production flow by relieving bottlenecks and assisting with Lean Manufacturing processes. You will learn all positions, fill in as needed, and communicate shortages and solutions to supervisors and engineers to keep the line moving smoothly.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 4+ years of experience; leadership experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• 4+ years of experience required.
• Preferred: Previous lead position experience.

Responsibilities

• Reduces production bottlenecks on manufacturing product line.
• Address and correct workflow issues.
• Learns all positions and fills in as needed.
• Identifies part and resources shortages and provides solutions.
• Communicates above situations to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers as appropriate.
