Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Team Coordinator to assist the supervisor in maintaining continuous production flow and reducing bottlenecks. You will learn all positions, fill in as needed, and coordinate with Supervisors, Engineers and Managers to implement lean improvements.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and 4+ years of experience, with potential travel up to 10% depending on product line needs. This is a manufacturing role based in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Reduces production bottlenecks on the manufacturing product line.

• Learns all positions and fills in as needed to cover for vacancies.
• Identifies part and resource shortages and provides actionable solutions.
• Communicates the above situations to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers as appropriate.
