Job summary

Vertiv in the United States is seeking a Team Coordinator to support production flow by relieving bottlenecks, filling in positions, and driving Lean manufacturing improvements in the assigned area.

You will work closely with Supervisors, Engineers and Managers, learn all positions, respond to part and resource shortages, and help ensure continuous operation across shifts, with occasional long hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED.
• 4+ Years Experience.
• Previous lead position experience.

Responsibilities

• Reduces production bottlenecks on manufacturing product line.
• Address and correct workflow issues.
• Learns all positions and fills in as needed.
• Identifies part and resources shortages and provides solutions.
• Communicates above situations to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers as appropriate.
