Job summary

Vertiv in the United States seeks a Team Coordinator to assist the supervisor in maintaining continuous production flow by relieving bottlenecks and filling in positions as needed. You will help identify part shortages, implement Lean manufacturing processes, and coordinate with engineering and other departments to drive solutions.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED with WorkKeys and 4+ years of experience; prior lead experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED and minimal WorkKeys scores for the position.
• 4+ Years Experience
• Previous lead position experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reduces production bottlenecks on manufacturing product line.
• Address and correct workflow issues.
• Learns all positions and fills in as needed.
• Identifies part and resources shortages and provides solutions.
• Communicates situations to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers as appropriate.
