Staffmark Group is hiring a Wiring Associate in Houston, TX. Start with a hands-on role assembling electrical components, reading diagrams, and following detailed work instructions to keep production efficient.

The shift runs 5 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional overtime on Fridays/Saturdays and 5 AM-1 PM on some Saturdays. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, ability to read English and blueprints, plus basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and understand basic English (written and verbal).
• Ability to read tape measures, wiring diagrams, schematics and blueprints.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run, bundle, install and terminate wires per diagrams and standards.
• Install devices, nameplates, space heaters, CTs, MCC wiring, switchgear wiring and harnesses.
• Drilling, tapping, continuity testing and in-process inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow ISO and safety standards.
