Responsibilities

• Lay out, position, align, and fit parts of structural metal products.
• Assemble copper coils and sheet metal.
• Wire insert boards according to wiring diagrams.
• Connect pre‑wired components and wire insert boards to unit.
• Prepare units for shipment after quality check.

Skills

Ability to use both power and hand tools

Ability to read and interpret engineering plans

Safety training required

Ability to read wiring diagrams

Ability to identify parts necessary to wire boards

Ability to use hand and power tools correctly without damaging sensitive equipment

Ability to apply brand stickers correctly and place shipment warning stickers in visible locations

Ability to keep necessary supplies of shipment material and sheet metal on hand

Ability to prioritize multiple parts needs

Ability to read part orders, locate, and identify parts in the warehouse

Ability to proactively supply the line with parts before they run out and gather specialty parts as needed

Responsibilities

• Lay out, position, align, and fit parts of structural metal products
• Assemble copper coils
• Assemble sheet metal
• Wire insert boards according to wiring diagrams
• Connect pre‑wired components to unit
• Connect wire insert boards to unit
• Perform other wiring necessary for unit to function
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Prepare units for shipment after quality check
• Perform a final visual check
• Attach paneling, final brand stickers, shipment warning stickers
• Maintain stock of necessary shipment supplies
• Ensure production line has parts necessary for production
• Gather parts from warehouse as needed
• Restock production line with parts collected from warehouse
• All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production
