Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Wiring professional in Streetsboro, OH, for a full-time, on-site afternoon shift (2:00 PM – 12:30 AM). You will read blueprints and 3D models, assemble frames and enclosures, and install power cables.

Expect a $21.00/hour rate with benefits and a sign-on bonus as a contract-to-hire arrangement. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, ability to stand for long periods, and proficiency with hand tools including wire crimpers.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Wiring professional to join our team in Streetsboro, OH for a full-time, on-site afternoon shift role (Monday - Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM) offering a competitive pay rate of $21.00 per hour. This is a great contract-to-hire role; once hired on, you're eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus, healthcare with no premiums and annual bonuses! In this position, you will deliver high-quality assemblies for critical electrical and mechanical components by reading and interpreting 3D models and assembly drawings to build frames, sub-assemblies, and enclosures using hand tools. Your day-to-day will involve installing flexibar and power cables to specific product designs, precisely applying torque specifications, inspecting finished assemblies to uphold high quality standards, and reporting any issues directly to leadership. To qualify, candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, proven experience reading blueprints, proficiency with hand tools (including wire crimpers), and the physical capability to stand for long periods, bend, squat, reach, and handle small hardware with fine motor dexterity; prior experience in a manufacturing or wiring environment is preferred.
