Job summary

Randstad USA in Huntsville, AL is seeking a detail-oriented Solderer to join our manufacturing team. You will solder electronic and metal components, read blueprints, and ensure products meet quality and safety standards.

This entry-level position offers a 1st shift (5:00 AM–3:30 PM), pay of $16–$18 per hour, and a path to develop hands-on skills with electronics, wiring, and soldering while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Two years of experience in soldering or manufacturing.
• Able to read blueprints and interpret assembly instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform hand soldering of electronic components, wires, cables, and metal parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Assemble products using hand tools and soldering equipment.
• Inspect solder joints to ensure quality standards.
• Repair or rework defective solder connections.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Meet daily production goals with quality workmanship.
• Report equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors.
• Assist with inventory and material handling as required.
