Randstad USA is seeking an entry-level assembler / component handler in Austin, TX for short-term contracts. This hands-on role offers flexible shifts and immediate weekly pay, ideal for those with little to no experience who want to learn basic manufacturing skills.

Responsibilities include basic assembly, material preparation, inspection, packaging, and adapting to different sites. Dress code requires sleeves on shirts, pants without holes, no profane text, and steel-toed footwear.

• Basic assembly: perform simple, non-complex assembly of components (e.g., snapping, gluing, screwing, packaging) under direct supervision.
• Material preparation: count, sort, and organize materials and components, ensuring all necessary parts are available at the workstation.
• Inspection: perform basic visual inspections to ensure all parts are present and the assembly is complete before packaging.
• Packaging: assist with the final step of the process, including bagging, boxing, and labeling finished assembled products.
• Work readiness: quickly adapt to the requirements of various short‑term mandates across different warehouse or assembly sites.
