Job summary

Regal Rexnord is expanding its Arlington, TX manufacturing site and seeks an entry-level Assembler to build products and subassemblies using hand tools and drawings. You will work on a team focused on safety, quality, and delivering for customers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assemble products, components, and subassemblies according to work instructions and production drawings
  • Safely use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment
  • Review blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturing documentation
  • Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process
  • Accurately record production information using computer systems
  • Support material movement and product flow within the production area
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
  • Identify and communicate quality, material, or safety concerns
  • Participate in continuous improvement and workplace organization activities

Position Overview

As an Assembler, you will build products and subassemblies using hand tools, work instructions, production drawings, and manufacturing processes. You will work as part of a team focused on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

This is an entry‑level manufacturing position with opportunities to learn multiple assembly processes and advance into specialized production roles.

Key Responsibilities
