Job summary

Vishay Dale Electronics in Columbus, NE seeks a Wirewound Utility Operator for the 1st shift (Mon-Thu, 5:00am-3:30pm). You will fill in at multiple stations, verify print stamps, coat orders, tin and wash parts, and complete paperwork to meet quality standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 3 months to 1 year of machining experience. Ability to stand all shift and lift up to 20 pounds is needed. Benefits cover health, retirement, PTO and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 3–12 months of experience operating machinery.
• Ability to interpret specifications.
• Must be able to stand for an entire shift.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Fill in at several operations as needed due to workload, vacations, or sick leave, including printing, coating, and tinning.
• Receive orders from material handler and ensure prints meet specifications.
• Coat orders on appropriate coater as directed by specifications.
• Tin and wash parts per relevant specifications.
• Complete and sign necessary paperwork.
• Clean machines and work area as necessary.
