Job summary

Vishay Dale Electronics – Columbus, NE is seeking a Wirewound Utility Operator for the 2nd Shift (Monday - Thursday, 3:30pm - 2:00am). Overtime may be available and you will rotate across operations as workload dictates.

You will interpret specifications, set up and operate machinery, and perform coating, tinning, and printing tasks, while maintaining quality and safety standards. Experience required: 3 months to 1 year of machinery operation.

Qualifications

• Three months to one year of experience operating machinery and equipment.
• Ability to accurately interpret specifications.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Ability to handle and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Fill in at several operations as needed due to dictating workload, vacations, or sick leave.
• Receive order from material handler. Assure that print stamp is correct and prints parts per appropriate specification.
• Receive order from material handler. Coat order on appropriate coater as directed by the appropriate specification.
• Receive order from material handler. Tin and wash parts per appropriate specifications.
• Complete and sign necessary paperwork.
• Clean machines and work area as necessary.
