Job summary

Vishay Dale Electronics – Columbus, NE is seeking a Wirewound Utility Operator for 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 3:30pm-2:00am). You will support multiple operations, ensure correct specifications, and maintain a clean, compliant work environment in a leading resistor and e-beam tech facility in Columbus, NE.

Requirements include a High School diploma and 3 months to 1 year of machinery experience, ability to stand, and lift up to 20 pounds. Overtime is available and Vishay offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately interpret specifications.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Ability to handle and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Fill in at several operations as needed due to workload, vacations, or sick leave (printing, coating, tinning).
• Receive orders from material handler and ensure correct print stamp and parts per spec.
• Coat order on coater as directed by specifications.
• Tin and wash parts per specifications.
• Complete and sign necessary paperwork.
• Clean machines and work area as necessary.
