Atlantic Community Bankers Bank (ACBB) is seeking an Operations Specialist - Wires to join our Operations team. This role processes domestic and international wire activity, posts transactions, and supports settlement for client financial institutions.

You will investigate issues, maintain logs, respond to client inquiries, and ensure adherence to bank procedures and schedules. Strong detail orientation and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of bank operations or related experience.
• Experience with transaction processing, balancing, or settlement activities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to process high-volume transactions accurately while handling multiple tasks.

Aufgaben

• Process inbound/outbound domestic and international wire transfers for client financial institutions.
• Post funds to client Demand Deposit Accounts to support settlement.
• Perform OFAC verification as part of wire processing.
• Process foreign exchange purchase and sale requests and monitor SWIFT communications.
• Monitor Fed account activity to support wire funding and day-to-day settlements.
• Investigate wire issues, respond to client inquiries, and maintain operational logs.
