Atlantic Community Bankers Bank (ACBB) is seeking an Operations Specialist - Wires to join our Operations team in a hybrid role. You will process domestic and international wire activity for client institutions and support settlement, posting and investigations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in bank operations, strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and a meticulous eye for detail to handle high‑volume transactions accurately while maintaining logs and responding promptly to

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bank operations or related experience.
• Experience with transaction processing, balancing, or settlement activities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to process high-volume transactions.
• Strong verbal, mathematical, and organizational skills.
• Visual and auditory skills.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound domestic and international wire transfers for client financial institutions, including first-line review for suspicious activity.
• Post funds to client Demand Deposit Accounts in a timely manner to support settlement and account balance requirements.
• Perform OFAC verification through the bank's systems per established schedules.
• Process foreign exchange purchase and sale requests and research balancing discrepancies.
• Monitor SWIFT network communications and take action on required items.
• Maintain daily logs related to international wire activity and foreign transaction processing.
