Job summary

NexTier Completion Solutions Inc. is seeking a Wireline Operator for our Pearsall, TX operations.

You will drive company vehicles to and from job sites, position and rig-up/rig-down equipment in accordance with company standards, and perform routine field maintenance to keep operations running smoothly. You must have a High School Diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of field experience, with English proficiency for safety directions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites.
• Rig‑up/rig‑down equipment per standards.
• Submit driving records, pre/post-trip inspections, and related docs.
• Maintain and repair field equipment as needed.
• Assist in gun loading activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
