NexTier Completion Solutions, Inc. invites applications for Wireline Operators to support our field operations across PA, WV, and OH. You will drive to sites, rig up/down equipment, and help with gun loading while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, English proficiency, and relevant CDL/Hazmat credentials. Opportunities for training and ongoing development are available in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Valid CDL A/B with Hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Forklift, Lockout/Tagout, and PEC Premier certifications valued.
• Must understand and speak English to receive safety directions.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites per procedures.
• Position and rig-up/rig-down equipment according to standards.
• Submit accurate driving records, pre/post-trip inspections, and docs.
• Maintain and perform field repairs on equipment as needed.
• Assist in gun loading activities and other duties as assigned.
• Additional job duties may be assigned.
