Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude is essential.
• Must drive a manual vehicle and obtain Class A/B CDL with Hazmat endorsement or pass driving test and obtain within 6 months.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• On-call 24x7 availability and flexibility for extended well-site assignments.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass federal background check.
• Ability to use computers for reporting and communications.
• Must be 21+ years old to obtain ATF explosives certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for jobs and perform tool maintenance, pre-job and post-job tool checkout.
• Rig up and rig down equipment at the well site.
• Service mechanical devices and build logging cable heads.
• Perforate cable heads and maintain tools.
• Maintain well site/DOT records and communications.
• Promote and maintain good customer relations.
• Receive routine and detailed instructions for well-site activity.
• Perform basic duties at the well site and at the shop.
• Drive company vehicles safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement efforts for ballistics operations.
• Supervise and train other Field Operators while maintaining safety.
• Perform other related duties as required.
