Acosta Group in Searcy, AR is seeking a high-energy Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) to drive sales, coach associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience across stores. You will meet/exceed KPIs, train teams, and manage onboarding and ongoing development to unlock uncapped earning potential and career growth.

Position offers hourly pay with commissions, paid training, and travel within the district. Must be flexible with retail hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Wireless retail experience preferred.
• Proven retail or B2C sales success.
• Experience training, coaching, or leading a small team of sales representatives.

Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5-$8 in bonuses on top of the starting wage

What You'll Do

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions
• Resolve escalated customer issues while followingcarrierand program guidelines
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions
• Travel between store locations ifrequired

• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
