Job summary

PRE-US in Marietta, GA is hiring a high-energy Territory Sales Manager to drive wireless sales, coach associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience to shoppers. You will lead by example, motivate the team, and ensure daily KPI attainment in a fast-paced retail environment.

Travel between store locations is required where applicable. Success depends on proactive customer engagement, turning conversations into sales opportunities, and training peers to elevate their performance.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales KPIs in a retail setting.
• Experience coaching or leading a small sales team preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and peers.
• Willingness to travel between store locations within the district.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.

Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5-$8 in bonuses on top of the starting wage

What You’ll Do

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods andlift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
