Acosta Group in Franklin, TN is hiring a Sales Lead (Wireless Retail) to drive sales performance, coach associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will engage with customers, exceed goals, and mentor a small team, while benefiting from unlimited commission, paid training, weekly pay, and benefits.

This full-time role requires a proactive, self-motivated leader comfortable with evenings and weekends and travel between store locations where applicable.

• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.

Sales Lead (Wireless Retail)

$18-22 per hour + Unlimited Commission | Paid Training Spiffs

Overview

We are hiring a high-energy, results-driven Sales Lead to drive sales performance, coach and develop sales associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, consistently connecting with customers who are not actively shopping for wireless and turning those interactions into sales opportunities. Our top performers thrive on competition and accountability, exceed goals, and are motivated by uncapped earning potential and fast-track growth opportunities.

Pay & Perks

• $18-22 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5 to $8 in bonuses on top of starting wage

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check, where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
