Acosta Group is seeking a high-energy Sales Lead for a Wireless Retail environment in Meridian, MS. The role focuses on driving sales, coaching associates, and delivering outstanding customer experiences, with uncapped earnings potential and weekly pay.

You will train staff, meet sales KPIs, and travel between store locations as needed, while engaging customers not actively shopping to create opportunities.

Sales Lead (Wireless Retail)

$18-22 per/hr. + Unlimited Commission | Paid Training Spiffs

Overview

We are hiring a high-energy, results-driven Sales Lead to drive sales performance, coach and develop sales associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, consistently connecting with customers who are not actively shopping for wireless and turning those interactions into sales opportunities.

Pay & Perks

• $18-22 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5 to $8 in bonuses on top of starting wage

What You'll Do

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs

• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions
• Travel between store locations if required

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check, where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
