PRE-US, located in Mountain Home, AR, is hiring a high-energy Wireless Territory Sales Manager to drive sales, coach associates, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Meet and exceed personal sales goals, train and mentor staff, and manage shift responsibilities while traveling between store locations as required. Base pay is $18–$22 per hour with unlimited commission and paid training; weekly pay and bonuses available for top performers.

Qualifications

• High-energy, results-driven sales professional with retail insight.
• Willingness to travel within the district and adapt to store locations.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Travel between store locations as required.
