Job summary

PRE-US in Arlington, TX is hiring a Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) to meet and exceed sales goals, train and coach a team, and travel between store locations. The role offers $18.00–$22.00 per hour plus unlimited commission, weekly pay, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented sales professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible retail schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience with wireless retail or B2C sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions
• Travel between store locations if required
