Wireless Zone in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a motivated Sales Representative and Account Specialist to manage client relationships and drive growth while delivering a seamless customer experience.

You will nurture and expand client accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, presenting quotes, and collaborating with teams to provide exceptional service. A base salary with commissions, plus a kickoff commission period, is offered, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, sales, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in sales or management is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM programs, POS reporting, and B2B relationship development is also a plus.
