Blue Link Wireless, An Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking an Assistant Wireless Store Manager (Sales Leader) in Helena, AL. You will work alongside the Store Leader, own floor details, and step in when they are out while continuing to sell and coach the team.

You mentor others, drive daily operations, support launches, coach sales techniques, and help the store hit monthly targets. This role emphasizes leadership, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a retail sales environment (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading or managing others (preferred).
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Leader on daily operations, staffing, and performance.
• Sell alongside the team and lead by example on every shift.
• Coach, train, and mentor team members with real-time feedback and guidance.
• Help the team hit and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Assist with product launches, merchandising, and maintaining brand standards.
• Stay current on AT&T promotions, devices, and wireless trends.
• Handle administrative duties, inventory, and store-level problem-solving.
• Represent BLW at community and offsite events to grow the customer base.
• Resolve customer escalations with professionalism and care.
