Blue Link Wireless is seeking an Assistant Wireless Store Manager (Sales Leader) to work with the Store Leader on daily operations while selling and mentoring the team. This role focuses on product mastery of AT&T devices, plans, and promotions, and driving sales performance.

You will coach, train, and develop staff, lead by example on every shift, and help hit monthly targets while reflecting brand standards across the store.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a retail sales environment (preferred).
• At least 2 years leading or managing others (preferred).
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Wireless or telecom industry experience.
• Proven track record of developing others.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the Store Leader on daily operations, staffing, and performance.
• Sell alongside your team and lead by example on every shift.
• Coach, train, and develop team members through real-time feedback and mentoring.
• Help the team hit and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Assist with product launches, merchandising, and brand standards.
• Stay sharp on AT&T promotions, devices, and wireless trends.
• Handle administrative duties, inventory, compliance, and store-level problem-solving.
• Represent BLW at community and offsite events to grow the customer base.
• Resolve customer escalations with professionalism and care.
